Sophie Bodrog
Sophie has a life-long interest in biology, but was pulled towards the molecular aspects in work and study. After eschewing any field biology for years, she bought a pair of binoculars to better observe the birds around her neighborhood. Deciding it would be helpful to learn from more knowledgeable bird watchers, she found a local bird walk on the ANSV website. Since that first walk, she has thrown herself into birding. Sophie appreciates how welcoming and helpful the birdwatching community has been, and strives to continue this trend.
